Mango wood is often beautifully discolored, please do not consider its natural texture a defect.

- UK: Items will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
- US/CA: Items will be delivered within 3-7 working days to the US and within 5-10 working days to Canada.
- A tracking number will be provided once your furniture is with the courier, allowing you to see where your parcel has been and when it will arrive at its final destination.
- DHL will text or email you a 1 hour delivery time slot on the morning of the delivery. Please try to make sure that you’re at home at this time. If you'd like to change the delivery date or leave your parcel in a safe place because you won't be home, you can do so by visiting: https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk for UK customers or https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/tracking.html for US customers.
- Each piece of furniture is carefully packaged and protected in large shipping parcels.
🛂 CUSTOMS FEES FOR US & CA CUSTOMERS (NOT APPLICABLE FOR UK CUSTOMERS)
If you are based in the US or CA, we will ship your item/s via a partner fulfilment center based in the USA to eliminate customs fees. If in the unlikely case, you do need to pay customs fees, please send us the receipt and we'll happily refund you. For our Canadian customers, however, there may still be customs fees from the USA to Canada, unfortunately in such cases, we cannot take responsibility for them. For UK customers, your order will ship from the UK as usual.

Please also know that due to the handcrafted nature, slight variations may occur, and although every effort is made to photograph our work accurately, color may differ slightly from photos due to different monitor settings.
🪃 RETURNS
We're thrilled to extend our FREE returns policy, allowing you to return items for free within 60 days of delivery! 🌟 However, we want to kindly remind you that, unlike mass-produced furniture made from low-quality MDF and plywood, our pieces are handcrafted from natural mango wood, known for its exceptional durability, unique natural charm and beautiful discolouring. 🌳 While we will gladly accept all return requests, due to the immense shipping and insurance costs associated with our deliveries, as stated in our Etsy policies, those returns due to:
- prior mismeasurements
- lack of measuring
- personal preference or change of mind regarding the distinctive textures and tones of natural mango wood, upon which we have no control
will incur a small £20 restock fee per piece which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The buyer is also responsible for loss of value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition (packaging included). Therefore, please ensure that the item size and the natural mango wood texture suit your needs before ordering. We truly appreciate your understanding and trust in the superior quality and unique nature of our furniture. ✨
