Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the courier's system once your order ships. On the morning of delivery, the courier will contact you via text or email with a precise 1-hour delivery window. If you're unable to be present during this time, you can use the provided tracking link to communicate delivery instructions to the driver or request delivery on a different date. However, we strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your furniture on the scheduled delivery day. Please note that we do not provide complimentary redelivery attempts. Please be aware that while we offer free delivery, any failed deliveries and subsequent returns to our warehouse will result in the additional reshipping and insurance charges being invoiced to you.
