Delivery timeframe:
- Within 3 business days to the UK

Free 1-year warranty: We want you to enjoy your furniture worry-free, so it’s backed by a free 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. *Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, damage caused by exposure to moisture or heat, or changes that happen naturally with wood, like slight color or grain variations. Natural variations in wood grain and color are not considered defects.
Free shipping: We currently deliver throughout the UK and across the continental USA — all 48 contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Your order will ship domestically from the country you're based in. If you're ordering from the US, your item will be dispatched from the US. If you're ordering from the UK, your item will be dispatched from the UK. We ensure that no tariffs, duties, or extra fees are charged to the end customer.

30-day free returns: We stand behind our quality and will provide full refunds or replacements and cover return shipping costs. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they are absolutely necessary for return processing.
In the rare instance of damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of both the damage and original packaging.
We want to kindly remind you that, unlike mass-produced furniture made from MDF and plywood, our pieces are handcrafted from natural mango wood, known for its exceptional durability, unique natural charm, and beautiful discolouring. While we will gladly accept all return requests, due to the immense shipping and insurance costs associated with our deliveries, those returns due to:
- prior mismeasurements
- lack of measuring
- personal preference or change of mind regarding the distinctive textures and tones of natural mango wood, upon which we have no control,
will incur a small £20 restock fee per piece, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The buyer is also responsible for loss of value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition (packaging included).
