Shipping and returns
This page contains useful information about taxes, shipping, returns, preorders, warranties, and cancellations.
Tariffs, customs, taxes, and fees: Your order will either ship domestically from the country you're based in, or we will prepay all tariffs, customs, duties, taxes, and fees on the international shipment. We ensure that no extra costs are charged to the end customer upon delivery.
Worldwide shipping: *For a limited time only, we are offering free delivery with code FREESHIPPING.
We currently deliver to the UK, USA, EU, Australia, and Canada. Each fixture or piece of furniture is carefully packaged and protected. A tracking number will be provided once your item is with the courier, allowing you to see where your parcel has been and when it will arrive at its final destination. For larger items, the courier will text you a 1-hour delivery time slot on the morning of the delivery. Please try to make sure that you’re at home at this time.
We do not deliver on weekends. Please note that certain products are currently unavailable for international delivery. See the table below for the exact availability and delivery times for each country.

Preorders: If an item is currently out of stock, a pre-order option will be displayed along with an estimated shipping date. Please note that these dates are subject to change and may vary by region. While we provide our best estimate at the time of browsing, you will receive a follow-up email after your order is placed with a specific delivery time for your country. Pre-orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of our preorder timeframe confirmation email. If we do not receive a response within this 72-hour window, the order will be finalized. Beyond this point, pre-orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.
1-year warranty: We want you to enjoy your furniture and lighting worry-free, so every order is backed by a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, damage caused by exposure to moisture or heat, or changes that happen naturally with wood, like slight color or grain variations.
30-day free returns: We stand behind our quality and will provide full refunds or replacements and cover return shipping costs if you're not satisfied. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they are absolutely necessary for return processing.
In the rare instance of damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of both the damage and original packaging.
While we will gladly accept all return requests, due to the large shipping and insurance costs associated with our deliveries, those returns due to:
- prior mismeasurements
- lack of measuring
- or personal preference regarding the textures and tones of materials, upon which we have no control,
will incur a small 10% restock fee per piece, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The buyer is also responsible for loss of value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition (packaging included).
Cancellations: We offer a one-hour window for cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of purchase. After this period, your order will be finalized and sent for processing.
