Shipping and Returns 

Shipping: We deliver to the USA and UK unless stated otherwise on the product page. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery then takes 4-8 business days, with a tracking number sent once your order is on its way. We do not deliver on weekends.

Shipping is free on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

100-day free returns: We stand behind our quality and will provide full refunds or replacements for unused items if you're not satisfied. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they are necessary for return processing. The buyer is responsible for any loss of value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition (packaging included). Please note that we do not accept returns for large international (non-UK) orders containing 3+ items unless they arrived damaged; in such cases, refunds or replacements are provided for the damaged items only.

1-year warranty: We want you to enjoy your furniture and lighting worry-free, so every order is backed by a free 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. Note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, light bulbs, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, or damage caused by exposure to moisture or heat. The extended 3-year warranty care plan is priced per item; for an additional item, please purchase an additional care plan.

Tariffs, customs, taxes, and fees: Your order will either ship domestically from the country you're based in, or we will prepay all tariffs, customs, duties, taxes, and fees on the international shipment. We ensure that no extra costs are charged to the end customer upon delivery. 

Preorders: If an item is currently out of stock, a pre-order option will be displayed along with an estimated shipping date. Please note that these dates are subject to change and may vary by region. While we provide our best estimate at the time of browsing, you will receive a follow-up email after your order is placed with a specific delivery time for your country. Pre-orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of our preorder timeframe confirmation email. If we do not receive a response within this 72-hour window, the order will be finalized. Beyond this point, pre-orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

    Cancellations: We offer a one-hour window for cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of purchase. After this period, your order will be finalized and sent for processing.
