• Do you offer a warranty?

• What kind of wood is used in this product?

All our pieces are crafted from sustainable, solid mango wood. We source from retired mango trees, giving you gorgeous, one-of-a-kind grain patterns while supporting eco-friendly practices. This hardwood is incredibly durable and strong, ensuring your furniture will be a lasting investment.

• Do I have to pay taxes upon delivery?

No, you won't encounter any additional taxes or customs fees upon delivery.

Your order will ship domestically from the country you're based in. If you're ordering from the US, your item will be dispatched from the US. If you're ordering from the UK, your item will be dispatched from the UK. This ensures a smooth delivery experience with no unexpected charges.

• Do I need to assemble the furniture?

Assembly is incredibly simple and quick - just twist the legs onto the table base, which takes roughly 2 minutes to complete. No tools are required, and the process is designed to be effortless. Your handcrafted furniture arrives almost ready to use, with only this final step needed.

• What does mango wood look like?

Mango wood showcases stunning natural beauty with rich coloration ranging from light to golden brown, often featuring captivating streaks of yellow, pink, or grey. The wood frequently displays beautiful natural spalting - a process that creates a mesmerizing kaleidoscope of colors and patterns throughout the grain. Please note that each handcrafted piece is completely unique due to these organic variations in color and texture. This natural discoloration and distinctive patterning should be celebrated as a characteristic feature of authentic mango wood, not considered a defect, as it's what makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind.

• Can you send samples?

We don't currently offer samples or swatches, but we have detailed photos and descriptions to help you see the beautiful grain patterns and colors. Feel free to ask us any further questions if you are unsure.
